To ensure a great experience for all, please observe the following policies.  

Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for you to check-in, fill out or update paperwork.

New Guests, please fill out the appropriate questioner under our Consent form tab. All forms are confidential and designed with your well-being in mind.

Late Arrival

Late arrival, up to 15 minutes, may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Late arrival beyond 15 minutes will be considered a 'no-show' and will be re-scheduled. Applicable 'no-show' fee may apply.

Cancellation

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. 

Our online scheduling system sends out a reminder 24 hours in advance. DO NOT REPLY TO THE AUTOMATED TEXT. If you need to reschedule call or text us at 828-280-1602.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee. In the event we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be billed out to you via invoice. Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service scheduled. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Method of Payment

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change. 

Product Returns / Exchanges

In-Store Credit or Exchange with receipt within 14 days of unopened, unused product.

Gift Cards

All gift cards and pre-paid services are non-refundable but are transferable. Gift Cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. 

Promotions

Specials cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates and online vouchers.

Series of Treatments Return Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue returns or reimburse any payment transactions on a series of treatments that was purchased. They may be exchanged for other services of equal value or credit of equal value.

Disclaimer / Waiver

Please read this disclaimer carefully before using this website or agreeing to use the services at Sweet Serenity Spa.

We may reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The client also has the right to stop the treatments at any time. We assume no responsibility for any disclosed or undisclosed illness or personal injury.
